As team lead of design team 10, focused on an better fitting Bag Valve Mask, BVM,  I have taken on several different roles. Our project focuses on improving the fit of BVMs by changing the material in the inner rim of the mask, the goal of this improvement is to allow caregivers to perform better respiration while using one hand to hold the mask and the other to pump air. My role has focused on keeping the team on track and ensuring that project deliverables were complete on time. I was also in charge of leading internal and external meetings. 

I performed  validation testing on the mask, specifically the validation test to ensure that the foam of the mask was the correct density. This test showed that the foam was not the same density after applying the polymer coating, which in hindsight makes sense since the mask likely absorbed coating.
