Pranay Jain

I am currently working at the Biomedical Optical Microscopy Lab, where I work on implementing a deep learning package to perform localization microscopy on cancer cell images. I am applying the DECODE package made by Turaga Labs. I am training this package using simulated data which is generated using SMAP. The simulated data is generated using the 2D PSF collected bead data from our microscope. I am performing the training on the Center for Research Computing, CRC's computer cluster.
