As an undergraduate summer research intern at the Synthetic Biology and Biomimetics lab, I worked on assembling a 3D printed microfluidic pump. The control box was coded using the Arduino software. The pump was tested to measure the flow rate through different tubes at different RPMs of the motor. This pump was assembled remotely and all testing was done with minimal resources available.
